The customer’s order serves as an offer to enter into a contract with WeddingTropics. Upon order placement, the customer receives an email message with a description of the order and personal data submitted. The email serves as WeddingTropics’ acceptance and confirmation of the contract. If you fail to receive this message, there might be a temporary network issue or a typographical error in the email address. In either case, contact our Customer Service department to correct this issue.
For credit card payments, the total price is collected by the online payment Merchant Services. The customer receives payment confirmation from Merchant Services when the ordering process is concluded. For PayPal payments, the customer receives payment confirmation from PayPal, Inc. when the ordering process is concluded.
WeddingTropics uses safe SSL technology to handle your financial transactions. You can choose to pay with either Visa or MasterCard. All prices are quoted in USD and your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. There are no additional charges issued from us when using your credit card. The processing of your order will begin after the financial transaction has taken place.
Depending on the destination country of your order Taxes and/or Duties may be applicable before your package can be delivered. As your country imposes these fees, WeddingTropics cannot be responsible or provide compensation for such fees. We do, however indicate the very lowest value possible on your package so that, if imposed you will pay a minimal fee. In such a case, the courier will usually collect this fee at your door, but in rare cases you would have to pay the fee at the local customs or post office.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
To determine one’s perfect fit is a process. The first time a customer orders any custom-made product there is a chance that they might not be 100% satisfied. The need for minor alteration or size adjustment for the product is not out of the question. Since your garment is handcrafted and not machine made, slight variations in the fit of two finished shirts, produced with the same body measurements may occur, but are generally not noticeable. A difference of less than 1 inch will not be accepted as reason for return. As we adjust the pattern with the chest, stomach and hip measurements as a base only, these measurements cannot be used to justify a return.
The product design interface on our website is simply a visualization and minor differences in appearance of color and style may occur. In utilizing custom sizing option on your custom order, it is the responsibility of the customer to read and follow the sizing directions to assure accurate measurements. WeddingTropics will remake the garment but dependent on the circumstances will do so at an amicable discount rate plus shipping.
Due to the fact that these items are Custom Made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for any reason except for a production error. This is standard practice as all of our Custom Made attire is made especially for you even if a standard size is chosen. If an error was made in the production process we will promptly re-make and re-ship the item at our cost. The customer is required to take and upload a picture of him/herself wearing the product displaying the error and email to Customer Service.
Our priority is to make sure that you have a properly fitted outfit. Although we do sympathize, we cannot stress enough the importance of carefully following all instructions regarding measuring and matching embroidery colors. If a new item is needed a new order must be placed and we will remake the item. Depending on the circumstances we would gladly provide you with an amicable discount on the new order. The discount amount will be provided by one of our Customer Service Representatives.
The estimated delivery time for a custom made garment is 4-6 weeks. In rare cases the delivery might be subject to influences beyond our control, such as delays in customs. In those cases WeddingTropics cannot be held liable, but will assist in getting the item delivered as soon as possible.
For standard delivery, we ship USPS priority from our distributor in Ft. Lauderdale to the entire domestic USA. All packages valued over $200 are shipped with USPS signature confirmation. If your order is over $200 and you do not want nor require this service, please opt out by specifying "signature confirmation opt out" in the "Add Comments About Your Order" text input box at checkout.
