Shipping For standard delivery, we ship USPS priority from our distributor in Seattle to the entire domestic US. To keep our shipping costs down and because of customer convenience, our standard delivery does not include signature confirmation otherwise requested by the customer.   If you are concerned about the area you live in, please request signature confirmation at the time of checkout or have the package delivered to a safer more secure address. We do ship every package using delivery confirmation in which our responsibility of the order ends with a successful confirmation of delivery when tracked online.     Sizing Custom orders are made to the customers’ specification, it is the responsibility of the customer to read and follow the sizing directions to assure accurate measurements. WeddingTropics cannot take responsibility for inaccurately sized custom attire on the customers’ behalf. Click here to access the sizing directions and charts. WeddingTropics will remake the incorrectly measured item at an additional 50% cost upon the return of the original item, or refund 50% of the cost (minus shipping) upon the return. Do not assume your sizing, not taking the time is taking a chance!   Needed-By Date Your event date is used as a reference for not only our manufacturing, but our shipping process as well. Our 4-6 week timeframe is our standard shipping turnaround time and while it may only take 4 weeks, it is only the 6 weeks that is guaranteed with our standard shipping service. If a needed date falls short of our 6 week timeframe, expedited shipping may be required.
