Use the sizing chart to match your size according to your shoulder measurement to get your "charted size". The "i|measurements" box is used for to enter your additional sizing measurements such as chest, shirt height, belly, and sleeve length that do not necessarily reflect correctly in the chart per your specific charted size. Your custom shirts are made to your particular body size, therefore it is important to take accurate measurements of your self in order to receive a correctly fitted item.
